Terms & Conditions:
Overview:
AsiaPopCon24 provides the opportunity for you to meet with Celebrity/Guest/Speaker during our event. You can do this by either purchasing Panel Session, Autograph Session or Photograph Session Tokens from our official website.
By purchasing a token of the Event, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Payment for the token constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
a) Event Entry Required:

A valid entry ticket to the Event is required to participate in each of the session. Purchasing a token does not grant entry to the Event; a separate entry ticket must be obtained.
b) Availability:
-
Tokens are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. The
Event organizers reserve the right to limit the number of tokens available for purchase.
c) Session Details and Schedule:
-
The date, time, and location of each session will be communicated by the Event organizers prior to the event. The duration and content of the panel session are subject to change at the
discretion of the Event organizers. Token holders must arrive at the designated location on
time to ensure participation. Late arrivals may forfeit their opportunity to participate in each session.
d) Refunds and Transfers:
-
Tokens are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event of cancellation of the session
by the Event organizers, token holders may be entitled to a refund or exchange as determined by the organizers.
e) Conduct:
-
Token holders are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner
during the session. Disruptive behavior may result in expulsion from the session and forfeiture of the token without refund.
f) Liability:
-
The Event organizers and the Celebrity/Guest/Speaker shall not be liable for any loss, injury,
or damage to persons or property arising from attendance at the session.
g) Changes to Terms and Conditions:
-
The Event organizers reserve the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any
time without prior notice. Any such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Event's official website or other designated channels.
h) Governing Law:
-
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws
of the jurisdiction where the Event is held.
9. Code of Conduct:
-
The customer agrees to adhere to the event's code of conduct and any rules set by the event organizer.

Violation of the code of conduct may result in eviction from the event without refund.
1. PANEL SESSION TOKEN
A session of discussion where industry professionals, or enthusiasts share insights, trends,
knowledge or ideas to an audience with the aim of generating interest and excitement.

a) Token Validity:
-
The token grants access to one (1) panel session with the Guest/speaker at the Event. Token holders must present their token for redemption at the designated entrance or registration point for the panel session.
2. AUTOGRAPH SESSION TOKEN
This allows you to get something signed by a Celebrity/Guest/Speaker. You may bring your
own item to be signed; however, it must be shown to the Event team in the autographing area
before you reach the guest as they will let you know if your item is appropriate and will be
signed by the Celebrity/Guest/Speaker. No body parts are allowed to be signed.

a) Token Validity:

Each token grants the holder the opportunity to obtain one autograph from the
Celebrity/Guest/Speaker during the specified autograph session at the Event. Individual
autograph sessions may become full, so it is advised to line up early at a session to redeem your token.

b) Non-Transferable:
-
Tokens are non-transferable and non-refundable. They are valid only for the individual named at the time of purchase and cannot be exchanged or resold.

c) Limited Availability:
-
One (1) person can purchase maximum of ten (10) autograph tokens only. Tokens are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

d) Autograph Limitations:
-
The Celebrity/Guest/Speaker reserves the right to decline any requests for autographs that they deem inappropriate or offensive.

e) Photographs:
-
Taking a picture or video recording during the autograph session is NOT PERMITTED.
The Event organizer will be taking action to whom committed it.
3. PHOTOGRAPH SESSION TOKEN
This allows you to have a professional photograph of yourself taken with a Celebrity/Guest/Speaker. The photo will be taken by the Event team in a professional photobooth environment, and you will be provided a single copy of the photo in the form of a physical print afterwards. You may have up to FOUR (4) peoples in a photograph with a listed guest.

a) Token Validity:

Each token grants the holder the opportunity to obtain one photograph from the
Celebrity/Guest/Speaker during the specified autograph session at the Event. The session
may become full so it is advised to line up early at a session to redeem your token.

b) Non-Transferable:
-
Tokens are non-transferable and non-refundable. They are valid only for the individual named at the time of purchase and cannot be exchanged or resold.

c) Photograph Mechanism:
-
Your professional photographs are printed onsite and will be available just after you leave
the photo area. You will be given a number and you will have to collect your photo at the
designated counter. The digital copy will be emailed to you later after the Event.
Subsequently, any future request to have extra digital or printed copy, extra cost will be charged to token holder.

d) Photograph Limitations:
-
Photography during the session is permitted only by authorized Event team. Personal
cameras, smartphones, or other recording devices are NOT ALLOWED. Photographs
taken during the session may be subject to distribution by the Event organizers for
promotional purposes. Touching the guests during photo sessions will be at the guest’s discretion. Poses may be requested if they are not touch based. If the guests request no contact during photo sessions, you agree to abide by this request on purchasing a
token.
3. ABSENTEE PACKAGES
No worry! If you can’t make it to the show and would still like a personalized autograph and
personal video recording for yourself or as a gift for a mega fan, then absentee packs are
exactly what you’re looking for.

i. Video Recordings:
-
The Celebrity/Guest/Speaker will make a video for you. The duration of the video is about 30 seconds. The content of the personalized video message is at the discretion of the Celebrity/Guest/Speaker. Requests for specific content may be considered but
are not guaranteed. The personalized video message may include the recipient's name or a short message.

ii. Autograph:
-
We will provide a Celebrity/Speaker/Guest photo, you fill in the name and message request. We will have it signed for you at the show and mail it out to you.
​
Delivery:
The personalized video recordings and autographs will be emailed to the purchaser within a
reasonable time frame after the conclusion of the Event. The purchaser must provide a valid
address and email address for delivery.
