The customer must present a valid ticket and matching identification for entry to the event.

7. Cancellation or Postponement:

In the event of cancellation, tickets will be refunded only to the extent specified by the event organizer.

In the event of postponement, tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date, and no refunds will be provided.

9. Code of Conduct:

Violation of the code of conduct may result in eviction from the event without refund.
